Liberty IMS joins Böwe Bell + Howell’s Independent Software Vendor Program as a Gold Level Partner
Customers benefit through better integration between document management software and Böwe Bell + Howell scanners
COSTA MESA, Calif.—Aug. 19, 2004—Liberty Information Management Solutions (Liberty IMS), a leading software provider for the electronic content management industry, has become a Gold Level partner in Böwe Bell + Howell Scanners’ Independent Software Vendor (ISV) Program focused on helping customers find the best imaging solution to fit their needs.
Liberty IMS is one of the first to enroll in this unique program aimed at communicating to end-users which software and Böwe Bell + Howell scanner is best suited for their imaging application. As the first step in the program, Liberty IMS is thoroughly testing a Copiscan® 8000 Spectrum Series scanner for use with the company’s flagship product LibertyNET. This certification process helps both partners troubleshoot problems rapidly and effectively, making end-users feel confident in the system they have chosen.
“This new program will help us better serve our customers,” said Steve Lehrer, Liberty IMS VP of Business Development. “Before an end-user implements a new imaging system, he wants to know that the system is going to work. By working together with Böwe Bell + Howell as a Gold Level member, we can achieve that.”
Other benefits of the program include: greater marketing and sales support, participation at Liberty IMS end-user and reseller events, and the posting of mutual case studies and scanner certification information on Böwe Bell + Howell’s Web site in the “Software Partners” section. The “Software Partners” section provides a link to the Liberty IMS website and includes contact information.
